Deleting objects causes a crash and I lose my toolbars after restart.

OS is Ventura 13.0.1. MacBook Pro

I created a polygon using the pen tool.  I used the node tool, highlighted the polygon and broke the curves.  When I switch to the selection tool and highlight the individual parts of the polygon and then delete them one by one (using either the delete button or choose "cut," the program crashes.  Sometimes it crashes on the first segment that I delete and sometimes I doesn't crash until the third or fourth time I try to delete something.  The same thing happens when I import a file.  If I try to delete something from that file, it crashes.  Then when I reopen it it makes me go through the process of choosing all the toolbars I want to view.

I went over everything in the list of things you suggested checking before reporting a bug. I toggled hardware acceleration and it makes no difference.  It still crashes.

there is some combination of keystrokes that causes ALL toolbars to disappear, although the app does not crash. I have experienced this MANY times. Unfortunately, I have no idea what keystrokes cause this. It has happened in all versions of Designer and Photo, and is still happening in the most recent version. The only remedy I've found is to go back and check "show" on all the different toolbars. VERY FRUSTRATING.

And to avoid frustration completely remove the View > Toggle UI Tab keyboard shortcut...
