finevine Posted November 15, 2022 Posted November 15, 2022 The app restart when I delete, add or refresh a TOC. Please help. Quote
MikeTO Posted November 15, 2022 Posted November 15, 2022 Hi and welcome to the forum. Does this happen with any document? Try creating a new document and draw two text frames. In the bottom frame type a line of text and format it as Heading 1. Then insert a TOC into the top frame. Does that crash? finevine Posted December 18, 2022 Author Posted December 18, 2022 (edited) Nope, it works with what you advise me to type But as I copy documents instead of creating new ones each time, all my docs are corrupted... When I restart the app, it opens terminal dans when I insert a TOC it states [1] 3410 segmentation fault /Applications/Affinity\ Publisher\ 2.app/Contents/MacOS/Affinity\ Publisher\ Saving session...completed. MikeTO Posted December 18, 2022 Posted December 18, 2022 I'm sorry you're experiencing this issue, it's not one I've seen others report. You'll likely have to wait for Serif to respond - they may ask you to upload a file if you can. Dan C Posted January 3, 2023 Posted January 3, 2023 Hi @finevine, Our sincerest apologies for the delayed response here - can you please provide a copy of an .afpub file where this issue occurs, and the exact steps you are taking that crashes the app? Many thanks in advance! Quote
