can't get license activated

hi, i fill in user name and the password and click activate but nothing happens.

just bought 3 licenses of photo.

please help

affinity store, my password has special character in it I just notice it doesn't let me put it in even when i copy and past it

so there is a character missing in my password I just added a random letter at the end and it gave me the option to validate of course its the wrong one should I just change my password and not add special characters
