Eagleworks Posted November 15, 2022 Share Posted November 15, 2022 Hi, I have upgraded my Mac to os Ventura and now the dialogue print box does not appear when I try to print. ( I am currently having to export it to print which is not ideal..) How can this issue be resolved, or do I have to get version 2? MikeTO Posted November 15, 2022 Share Posted November 15, 2022 Hi and welcome to the forum. The Print dialog appears for me in both v1 and v2 wit Ventura so I'm unsure why it's not appearing for you. Could you try creating a new document and then immediately choosing Print. Does it appear then? If not then it has to be something specific to your document. If it still doesn't appear for a new document then I'm out of guesses. Do you have any of the other Affinity apps and do you have the same problem with them? Which version 1 do you have installed? It should be 1.10.5. Good luck! The print dialog would only open after a restart, but now I cannot print at all both from Affinity Photo 2 and Affinity Designer 2. Nothing happens when pressing Command+p or using the menu. A temporary workaround (until we figure the issue out) would be to export to a PDF and print that. Can you confirm if the Print dialog appears in other applications?
