kolobo
Hi, i solved with a tool in the menu. When finish your artwork, if you have problems to #exportpdf or #expandstrokes, select all nodes of your object, and push the button "split curve(s)....". This works for me. Hope help you too! Cheers!
Staff EmT Posted November 25, 2022 Staff Share Posted November 25, 2022 Hi @ashf I've not been able to replicate this, could you send me a screen recording of the issue in action so I can try to replicate it. Aammppaa
I had a go at recreating this... Have had 2 crashes to desktop. Neither time happened when I expanded the stroke. 1st happened after the expansion, when I rapidly dragged the resulting shapes on the artboard. 2nd happened after the expansion, when I moved the resulting shapes, then used Undo (Ctrl+Z) to return to a point prior to the expansion. Attached is the simple file I used. Aammppaa
3rd crash... I duplicated a third copy of the square, and did expand stroke on all three copies simultaneously - instant crash. It seems to be a slightly different issue to the one reported in this thread, however I will log it with the devs. Aammppaa and ashf 2 Quote How to format a bug report | List of V2 FAQ's | Affinity Photo (V2) Tutorials | Affinity Designer (V2) Tutorials | Affinity Publisher (V2) Tutorials
