export vector format with layer effects

i was hoping for svgs to support the layer effects ( atleast those svg supports) so i can export my stuff as vectors. but its still either pixelate or export something that doesnt look like my file. i would take anything as long as its vector and lists all the layer effects , it doesnt even have to be a real format. give me xml or json, a csv, just something, so i can reconstruct.my svgs with the proper effects
