I'm a new user of Affinity, I would like to know how is possible to change the setting from pixel to millimeters in the thickness of lines

In the preferences of your Affinity application go to User Interface and uncheck "Show lines in points". If this is what you mean.

Welcome to the forums @Amanvensis

You can change the document Unit of Measure (UOM) by either:

• via Document Setup (menu “File → Document Setup”) and change the Document Units, or;
• right-click on the top-left of the Ruler (where it states the current UOM) and choosing a different UOM (e.g. mm).

As far as I know it’s not possible to have the document UOM as pixels and the stroke thickness showing as mm (just points, as shown above by joe_l).
