ashf
The live filters under the artboard behave differently from V1. When it's applied to a parent layer, it won't affect children. live-filter-problem.afphoto
momsthewordus
Yes. I'm trying to do a live perspective filter on a group. It only appears to effect one layer. I that the sam problem you are descriing?
ashf
No, the case I noticed is that a child layer often vanishes or has an artifact when the Gaussian filter is applied to itself or the parent.
Staff NathanC Posted November 29, 2022 Staff Share Posted November 29, 2022 Hi @ashf, I've been able to replicate your issue and it has now been logged with the developers for resolution. ashf
ashf
New problem happens in 2.0.3. 1. adding the Gaussian Blur live filter to a fill layer makes children(start shape in this case) invisible. 2. applying the Gaussian Blur Layer FX to children makes children invisible on export. Hi @ashf, Could you possibly create separate posts for these issues along with an accompanying file which demonstrates the issue? We'll then get back to you as soon as possible. Many thanks 🙂
