xfree9 Posted November 13, 2022 Posted November 13, 2022 I used the Mac App Store to download Designer 2 and paid for the universal license using an in-app purchase, and Designer 2 is now working properly. I then downloaded Photo 2 and tried to activate the universal license. Neither emails I have will work. So I signed into serif.com to check my licenses, and neither email logins show that I've purchased the Universal License. I simply need to find the right account I bought this under, since I used the App Store do buy it on an in-app purchase. Quote

After you did the in-app purchase, you should have been presented with a screen similar to: Did you see something like this? Did you create an account / use an existing account? Quote
