Photo V2 stuck on flash screen (initializing)

Yesterday I installed the V2 of Photo on my Windows PC (Win 10) and it worked just fine, I checked. Today it doesn't load at all, even after re-installation, flash screen is stuck on "initializing" and doesn't proceed. Task Manager shows no CPU usage from the program.

Any help will be appreciated.

My PC: XMG Fusion, i7-9750H, 32GB RAM, Nvidia RTX 2070. Win 10 Home 21H2.

Have you tried rebooting your machine?

Interesting, this simple solution just worked, forgot to try. Hope it's not going to repeat every time now.
