Downloaded and installed all Apps on Mac and iPad, started trial, since I was very unsure about the "upgrade" (i.e. new purchase, I purchase all V1 Apps on Mac and iPad). Desided to purchase anyway (the combined license), purchased via Designer App on Mac. Purchase went OK using App store and credit card.

However, Serif does not allow me to use the purchased software, only to continue the trial, same issue on both Mac and iPad with all Apps.yes, I am logged into my ID at Serif shop.

I am mad as hell now. Really. I did not like the "upgrade" due to policy (it is a sub light really) and the missing features. I did not like the hype. I did not like the communication by Serif. I went ahead regardless, just to run into this terrible problem. I cannot understand that Serif offers this purchase option but totally fails to implement this correctly.

What now?

Wow, this even has to be "approved" by a moderator? Where are we here? People at Serif: I PAID for both full V1 and V2. It is not acceptible for me to be treated like this..

Hi,  Apologies for the moderation on new user posts, but we have to do this for anti-spam purposes.

When you purchase from Apple's App store, they do not pass on the purchase information to us, you need to either create an account with us via the prompt when launching or sign in with your existing Affinity ID on the app that you made the purchase.

This will then tell us that you made the purchase, and activate any of our apps once you sign in to them.

@HeDa

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums :)

Without first post moderation this place would be 90% spam and scammers. We do not think that waiting 10 minutes in order to join a community forums is a lot to ask.

As I wrote, I do have an account at Serif, I registered my V1 App there. I am logged into my accout at Serif. I went to Apple to get support there but I am shocked, the purchase is registered as FREE and I did not get a receipt. HELP! I cannot affort to just lose to much money. This is horrible for me.

You have to sign in to the app you purchased the in app purchase with, this won't work on any other app.

Please, as I said, I DID all this. I read the other discussions where people had issues and made sure I log into my accout at Serif. I actually made sure with the trial, that I can login my Serif shop account; that worked; so I went ahead with the purchase, thinking this will be OK. But it is not.

Not only this, my PURCHASE inside the Apple store shows up as FREE (is also shows the amount of money I paid) and that it is without any receipt, because it was "FREE". As I said, for me this is a horrible loss. What you do here is not OK at all. Not at all.

PLEASE offer some REAL help, as I am devastated because of the loss of so much money.
