Just purchase Personal if you need it yourself. You can install in on as many as your devices from single license. Even you can install it on your family members computers (Same household I guess). You can use it for commercial purpose too. In Business license, each license belongs to one person and he/she can install his/her all devices. You can't share it with other users on the same team.
