Fusselchen
Hi. I've liked to use »retouch« in apple photos. Since I've deleted Affinity V1, it's missing. I can just open the pic in Affinity V2 to work on it. But it was more comfortable to open it in apples photos for the little changing like retouch. Please bring it back as inapp-option for apples photos.
MikeTO
I believe it's still there although I haven't tried it myself. https://affinity.help/photo2/English.lproj/index.html?page=pages/Extras/applePhotosExtensions.html?title=Using Apple Photos Quote Download a free manual for Publisher 2.4 from this forum - expanded 300-page PDF My system: Affinity 2.4.2 for macOS Sonoma 14.4.1, MacBook Pro 14" (M1 Pro)

This isn't longer in apples Photo-App with V2. I've used it 30 minutes ago for a photo. And then I've installed the new version.

I opened a photo in Apple Photos, I clicked the Extensions icon, I chose Edit in Affinity Photo, and it opened in v2. There were also all the other commands like Affinity Retouch but I couldn't tell easily whether those were v1 or v2 since I have both installed. I'll figure that out later. Is the Edit in Affinity Photo command missing for you? Or is it opening the photo in v1 instead of v2? MikeTO
I see your point now, all of the other commands were from v1. I've disabled its extensions now and I just see the Edit in Affinity Photo [2] command. This looks like a bug since it's still in the help system.
