Topaz Denoise AI and Topaz Studio 2 not working in V2.

Recommended Posts

I upgraded to V2 recently and am impressed overall (Especially with the lossless RAW file feature.).

There is a serious issue though. In V1 Topaz Denoise and Studio 2 worked flawlessly, but after following the install instructions in V2 they show up under plugins but are greyed out. This is no good to me. An upgrade that reduces functionality in no good is it?

As is I am unfortunately not able to use V2 and will have to continue using V1.

Please issue a fix for this asap.

You only need to add the top level in the Program Files I.e. select the Topaz LAbs LLC folder and that will add all the Topaz Labs products. Also remember to click the Allow “Unknown” plugins to be used.

Plugins only accept rasterised layers.
