toyjoten Posted November 12, 2022 Posted November 12, 2022 I bought a full set of affnity V2, and the Mac can work normally (but PUBLISHI always crashes), but it is always prompted when activating the three software on the iPad side with an account.“Error: You must log in with the same account that activates the application license!”

It sounds like you’ve already activated a licence via Affinity ID, then either not remained signed in or you’ve later signed out, and now you’re trying to sign in with a different account. Once you’ve activated a licence with an Affinity ID your app still remained licensed against that ID, so you can only sign in again with that same ID. You can deactivate the licence if you really do want to swap accounts.
toyjoten Posted November 13, 2022 Author Posted November 13, 2022 i don't understand. i bought a license directly at the apple store and then bind it to the account registered after me. the mac side can log in normally, but it doesn't work on the ipad side. the three apps i downloaded after logged in to the store with my apple id. clicking in to enter prompt to select activate, start trial and buy now, and then then i choose to activate and the text will appear.

Does it prompt with those 3 options (Activate, Start Trial, Buy Now) each time you start the iPad apps? And when you click Activate the panel closes and lets you Straight into the app?
toyjoten Posted November 13, 2022 Author Posted November 13, 2022 No, after I chose to activate, I asked me to enter the account. I entered the account to which my license belongs, and then the text was displayed.
