nearly no chance to move bodytext frames without crating child layers of other bodytext frames.

When moving bodytext layers, it is hardly possible to move them to a new position in the layer palette. They almost always become child layers of the bodytext layer above or below the new position. The function of making a body text frame the child level of another body text frame shouldn't be used relatively seldom, right?

The error does not occur on layers between other layers. I only noticed it negatively with bodytext leyers. Using shapes and rearranging them works fine.

Hi @RainerH,

This seems to be alright for me, do you see the hit are being highlighted as you move them between the other frames in the layers tab? If you ensure that is between 2 other layers/objects it should move between them. If you release when its above an object it will become a child of the object as you mention.

A video demonstrating what you are seeing could help
