Volker H. Posted November 12, 2022 Posted November 12, 2022 As an enthusiastic Affinity Suite user, I immediately switched to the new version V2 on the first day. However, I also noticed deterioration: Persona Tone mapping In persona tone mapping V1, I created and defined many of my own presets with version 1. I was able to export and import these presets. Unfortunately, this is no longer possible in V2 !!! That means I can no longer use all my own, self -defined presets (which I can no longer secure and export)! Is this a mistake or has this possibility deliberately left out? I thank you for your answer and help. Kind regards Quote
R C-R Posted November 12, 2022 Posted November 12, 2022 Which OS are you using? On my Mac, the 3 line 'hamburger' menu has the same items in it as in V1, including the Import Presets item. walt.farrell Posted November 12, 2022 Posted November 12, 2022 All of those options to create, import, export etc. for Tone Mapping Presets are missing in Photo 2 on Windows for me, too. R C-R Posted November 12, 2022 Posted November 12, 2022 So I'm guessing this is a Windows-only omission.... Someone should start a bug report for it. As soon as you use the Tone Map Persona, tone_map.propcol gets renamed to tone_map.propcol_backup1 and a new V2 file is written, notice a small file size increase myclay 1 Quote Microsoft Windows 11 Home, Intel i7-1360P 2.20 GHz, 32 GB RAM, 1TB SSD, Intel Iris Xe Affinity Photo - 24/05/20, Affinity Publisher - 06/12/20, KTM Superduke - 27/09/10
