Saving Pressure Profiles

Recommended Posts

No doubt this has been asked before, but I was wondering there was any way to save Pressure Profiles for use in the pen tool? I have to recreate the same Pressure Profiles overtime I start a new illustration. I now it's not the hardest thing in the world (I've done it often enough), just wondering if there's a way?

Cheers,

George

Hi eejits,

There is a couple of ways to do this the first way is to create a blank document containing all of the pressure profiles and then re-use this document when you start a new illustration. Another method is to create a style for each of the different pressures but the stroke width has to be different for each style.

Darren

Amazing!

Since I have never been able to successfully export my 'Styles and Profiles' from an old version to a new version I did exactly what you have just described - I created a document with all my different pressure profiles. As time goes by I expect to add to them changing stroke thicknesses etc.

If voting made any difference it wouldn't be allowed!
