I am trying to wean myself away from Photoshop and Affinity Photo seems to have everything I need (and often a better user interface), but it does not seem to be able to open DICOM files. I do a lot of graphic arts in medical education and would love to be able to open clinical images directly, like you can in Photoshop. The dcm file format is not supported by Affinity Photo but please post the request on the features request forum. TKucey Posted February 2, 2021 Share Posted February 2, 2021 further to this, I find that AP is automatically converting my DCM imports from my phone into jpg. Windows 10 2021. Have searched high and low for help and am so stumped. HOW to turn off the automatic conversion?
