Clicking the "continue" button in the "Account Details" pane just leads to an endless "processing your order" screen. Have tried several times over the past two days to have the same thing happen. As an existing customer, I may have an expired card on file. This is likely, but I can not confirm. The payment info flashes momentarily, too fast for me to even read, and then an endless "processing" loop. As the mod suggested, I have emailed. We'll see what happens but it seems clear affinity have a problem affecting many existing and prospective new customers. Not even sure I want to try with my cc now as many seem stuck with payments being held back but getting no license. I don't want to join those unfortunates. PS: Received only an automated reply to my email, informing me there will be an extended delay in any reply. Affinity has a major mess on their hands. Terry Danks Posted November 22, 2022 Author Posted November 22, 2022 The other thread detailing problems with Affinity v.2 purchases had a post suggesting some extensions that were causing problems purchasing the product. One of those was the Honey extension. I uninstalled it and my purchase went through OK. So, for me, and this thread at least . . . problem solved. emmrecs01 1 Quote
