icons in the taskbar , how can ad on the desktop?

Hello,

With the new version, I can only add icons in the taskbar of Windows 11.
How can I add an icon on the Windows 11 desktop.  I can't find the exe file of the program in explorer.
In which directory should I look and which file.

To create the shortcut:

Start > Run, then enter Shell:AppsFolder, then Return. Drag the app icon onto your desktop.

hit win button which opens a list of all apps on left of screen, drag drop program name to desktop and voila shortcut created.
