LisaDownes Posted November 11, 2022 Posted November 11, 2022 I’m trying to set up an easier way to export my files, after much trying I just can’t figure it out. For example, I have a file with artwork in 4 different colours, each is placed in its own artboard and each artboard needs to be exported in 3 different ways, i.e. 1. 150dpi at 1200px 2. 150dpi at 2500px 3. 300dpi at 3600px The only way I have at the moment is to export each of the 4 artboards with each of the 3 settings individually, which means 12 individual exports and 1 document DPI change. Is there a way in the export persona to set the pixel widths for your exports as a preset? Quote
GarryP Posted November 11, 2022 Posted November 11, 2022 In the Export Persona, Slices Panel, you can set a specific pixel size in field A in my attached image and create different exports for each slice using button B. LisaDownes 1 Quote
LisaDownes Posted November 11, 2022 Author Posted November 11, 2022 Thank you so much Garry! I thought that box was just for making it multiple times bigger, I had no idea you could simply set the pixels there. Quote
GarryP Posted November 11, 2022 Posted November 11, 2022 You’re welcome. I don’t think it’s explained very well in the Help either. One thing you can’t do is set both width (e.g. 200w) and height (e.g. 200h), you can only do either, but that seems reasonable to me so that the image remains at the correct aspect ratio and doesn’t get squished.
