Publisher 2 proportions in the Pages/Masters panel wrong

In Publisher 1, if I had pages of different sizes in one document, the previews in the Pages and Masters panel would reflect the correct proportions between pages. In Publisher 2, for some reason, that is no longer the case, which is confusing.
