Patch tool crashing in Affinity Photo on Mac

it can work a couple of times, but then becomes very slow on commit and finally crashes AF. This happens on MacOs Catalina. The ipad version seems much more stable

Could you try this in the latest version (2.0.3)?

If you still experience crashing, could you please check your system for crash reports following these directions:

Thanks for the follow up on this issue. Unfortunately 2.0.3 hasn't fixed this issue. In my recent tests, the patch tool cannot even commit the first change and crashes the application. Please find attached a crash report from this issueAffinity Photo 2_2022-12-28-094328_MacBook-Pro-3.crash

I just tested 2.0.4 and this issue is now fixed ! Thank you and the dev team for improving this superb product
