pretzel Posted November 11, 2022 Posted November 11, 2022 I have some settings for a Gradient Map that I like, so I click "Add Preset" to save those colors and their values but... where does it save to? I would have thought it'd save to this pop-up menu, but there's nothing here. Is there another screen I'm missing that has all my saved gradient presets? Quote
carl123 Posted November 11, 2022 Posted November 11, 2022 If you have the Adjustment Studio/Tab showing click that and select Gradient Map and you will find your preset there The Adjustment Studio/Tab can be activated via the Window menu Quote To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum. pretzel Posted November 11, 2022 Author Posted November 11, 2022 Ah, I see. That's pretty helpful. Another tangentially related question. When I drag to create a gradient with the Gradient Tool, I notice it doesn't update my current color in the color window to match that gradient. I came across this video, where the guy draws a gradient, edits it on the top bar, and after he selects the Move Tool, the gradient color is reflected under the Color window. If I do that, where the gradient should be is just the color black. Because of this, I'm unable to save a gradient as a Swatch. I know that using the gradient map adjustment and saving a preset that way would kinda work for my use case, but I like being able to drag the gradient around to get the perfect angle. Quote
