I'm not certain of Apples policy here, however as I understand it the V1 Affinity apps should be available in the 'Purchases' section of your App Store account for the foreseeable future, as although they are no longer available to purchase, I do not believe we are planning to remove them from our developer account any time soon and therefore they should remain available. Our team has confirmed that "While V1 will no longer receive any feature updates, we will endeavour to fix any critical issues which may be caused by operating system updates for as long as is reasonable to do so." - however this will only apply to the supported OS's for the latest V1 update (1.10.5) and I do not expect we will be updating V1 to support newer OS versions that are released in the future, my apologies.
