mvanzyl Posted November 10, 2022 Share Posted November 10, 2022 (edited) While masking off areas of an image in the Develop Persona using the brush, there is a red overly so you can easily see what areas of the image your mask is affecting. This is NOT offered in the Photo Persona unless you use the quick mask feature, which appears to allow you to mask out an area before applying the adjustment, but if you want to mask an adjustment or filter after it has been applied, it seems you are not able to have this red overlay. Please add this overlay to be an option in the Photo Persona while masking. This would be especially useful after applying adjustments like clarity or curves because it is currently very difficult to see what specific area is being affected while painting on these adjustment mask layers. I have included an image below showing an example of the feature from another software provider.
