Installations stops after 10% on all three applications for Windows

Hi, I have been trying to install all three programs for Windows. In all cases installation get up to 10% then nothing happens. Tried it few times and same results. I am using Surface Pro 5 Intel i5 and running Win 11. I am base in UK and use fast Internet access.
