José Mateu
Hello, in June 2019 I purchased the V1 Suite and yesterday the V2 Suite. Now my V1 Suite is not longer needed anymore. Is it possible to give it to someone else so he can registrate for it? Best regards, José Mateu

csadam
Does this solution complies with the EU laws about selling used software?
emmrecs01
@csadam I'm not sure exactly what the EU laws about selling used software are but perhaps it is relevant that Serif is a UK company and the UK is no longer a member of the EU? Quote Win 10 Pro, i7 6700K, 32Gb RAM, NVidia GTX1660 Ti and Intel HD530 Graphics Long-time user of Serif products, chiefly PagePlus and PhotoPlus, but also WebPlus, CraftArtistProfessional and DrawPlus. Delighted to be using Affinity Designer, Photo, and now Publisher, version 1 and now version 2. iPad Pro (12.9") (iOS 17.4) running Affinity Photo and Designer version 1 and all three version 2 apps. I'm referring to these laws. Mainly "Perpetual software can be traded freely = the ownership right can be transferred from one acquirer to another." but other conditions apply. If a company sell software or service to EU resident customers they have to comply with EU laws. (And before I get attacked I want to state that I don't say they are breaching the laws, I'm just asking their opinion about the situation.) emmrecs01
