Publisher v2: Hunspell dictionaries

Hi,

In Publisher v1 I was able to add custom Hunspell dictionaries for hyphenation and spell-check. In Publisher v2, I can't find where to put these dictionaries. Is it still possible, as in my case Bulgarian language is needed.
