jacklroberts Posted November 10, 2022 Share Posted November 10, 2022 Hi after I purchased Publisher and Photo V2, as I had purchased Designer first, I had issues logging into my account, in the end what I had to do was fully close the app (go back to the Home Screen, go to the recent apps switcher and remove them) and then re open the app. This was the same for publisher and photos as I said I had purchased and setup Designer. Dan C Posted November 11, 2022 Share Posted November 11, 2022 Hi @jacklroberts, Welcome to the Affinity Forums Many thanks for letting us know - as you can imagine our servers have been under heavy load since releasing V2 and some users are finding their accounts aren't updating fully until the app has been restarted, or signing back into the My Account dialog - though we're certainly glad to hear this worked for you!
