Preset/Saving Watermark Image Layer

Maybe I'm a little late to the party on this one, but has anyone else suggested a watermark image that can be created, stored and easily applied/edited for picture? I tried searching the forums, but nothing came up, except the tutorial and other software.

 

Something like this:

 

Somewhere in settings: Watermarks

       -In here you could create and store your watermark (or more than one if you share).

 

Then have a button or menu selection: Add Watermark Layer
       -You can the choose which watermark you wish to apply.

 

Have simple edits for opacity, color, size (anything else someone can think of, please comment).

 

 

I realize you can make one as per the tutorial, but to do that for every image you have, isn't that a lot of unnecessary work? Thanks
