Crash when trying to change view mode to pixel

Always crashes in case of adjusting view mode to pixel, and zoom level is somewhat larger than 100%

with any file, example only for the lazy 🙂

You don’t even need a drawing. Just switch to pixel view and adjust zoom results in crash. Crashes on Retina Pixels setting too. The other choices appear ok

Only happens when you change the view mode to one of the pixel options .

May I ask what iPad model including the year/generation you guys were using when the app crashed?

I keep encountering crashes when using basic tools like the rectangle and ellipse tools on my 2018 iPad Pro (no M series chip). The file size was about 450KB.

1st Gen iPad Pro 10.5” (no M1).

They do mention "M1-equipped iPad models are recommended for more memory-intensive design", but I have a hard time imagining that includes a blank document as you showed 🥲

Hopefully they'll optimize the apps better. Until then, I'm sticking to the desktop version unless I have to.

No, I suspect that this is just a bug that will be fixed soon🙂
