Lock children causes strange scaling

If I select a picture frame and the lock children option is active, the size of the selection frame changes after releasing the mouse button. If I deselect the frame and select it again, the size of the selection box is correct again. If I don't deselect and make further size adjustments, then the size of the picture frame is no longer correct either.

Yes reproduced here - and after that, an undo shows the picture frame out wider than it was as well, as PeterB says, deselect and reselect corrects it.

The issue "Bounding Box shows incorrectly on a resized picture frame when using 'Lock Children'" (REF: AF-1757) has been fixed by the developers in internal build "2.4.0.2252".
This fix should soon be available as a customer beta and is planned for inclusion in the next customer release.
Customer beta builds are announced here and you can participate by following these instructions.
If you still experience this problem once you are using that build version (or later) please reply to this thread including @Serif Info Bot to notify us.
