monza71
As a new user I have been working to learn Affinity from scratch. I'm the new editor for the magazine of the Rolls-Royce Enthusiasts' Club ( Wessex Section ). I have successfully prepared the first magazine for printing but the printer, who uses Adobe Indesign and Illustrator, says I need to send him the magazine as a PDF. He doesn't use Affinity. I have used both Bulldog and MS PDF to convert to a single pdf but he says the photographs turn out with false colours. For example, There is a red tint particularly noticeable in faces. Am I doing something wrong ? Also, perfectly good advertisements I receive from our advertisers as pdfs look good on screen but when dropped into Affinity, the resolution drops to an unacceptable level. Can you help please ? monza71
I'm using Publisher. Thanks for the tip. I have been exporting using the printer option and that produces a file of 4Mb. Using the direct print method you suggested produces a file ten time the size (!) but the colours are rendered true and the adverts I received in PDF format are much higher resolution, so thanks !
