In that case there's something missing from the current .1342 version that's in the .1282 Beta version. I'll see if I can explain. I needed to draw an octagon rotated by 10 degrees and snap guides to all the 8 nodes. With the beta version I select the Point Transform Tool and I can then drag guides from the rulers and they will snap to all of the nodes. This doesn't happen with the current .1342 version, I can only snap to the four 'original outer' nodes. I hope that makes sense! Because it is an option specific to the tool in use, not a general option, and thus it is in the Context Toolbar.
