Sebastian Michael
Hi nice people. Please tell me in which specific file on disk AP stores its plug-in list. I don't mean access from the "Preferences" menu. I need to edit the file with the list of plugins declared in the preferences menu. The problem is I can't add any new plugins. After selecting the plug-in folder, the AP closes without any message. On a different user profile, on the same computer (Windows 10), the problem does not occur. Reinstalling the system or my entire user profile is out of the question right now. All that is left for me to do is to manually manipulate the configuration file. Maybe, knowing which file it is, I can find out in the Windows logs why the error occurs. Now I don't know what to look for (and where)? The question is simple: in which file on disk does the AP store information about plugins that must be run/loaded at program startup? Gnobelix
Hello @Sebastian Michael, In Windows 10, the plugin information is stored in the following folder. C:\Users\your name\AppData\Roaming\Affinity\Photo\1.0\Settings\PhotoshopPluginsPreferences.xml I hope this is what you are looking for? Sebastian Michael
@Gnobelix Thanks a lot 🙂 You are a Star, Master of the Anfinity universe! It works, I can manually correct the plugins list. I have already found a problem with file permissions. AP, I don't know why yet, but it only has the ability to read this file. Either way, that's not a problem with this topic. Once again, thank you very much for the quick and perfect help.
