Such as in the Resize Document / the Resize Canvas / the Transform panel / the Export window

Your request makes sense for free transform operations.  But the functions you mentioned are based on numeric fields where you have to type some numbers. Can't you just use integer numbers there?

You can. But sometimes you may want a global setting that would block any attempt to enter decimal values.
Even at the risk that it may result in slightly unpredictable jumps e.g. when proportionally resizing a rectangle. I.e. when advised to do so, the engine should always round up or down to integer, no matter what action is being performed.

MacBookAir 15": MacOS Ventura > Affinity v1, v2, v2 beta // MacBookPro 15" mid-2012: MacOS El Capitan > Affinity v1 / MacOS Catalina > Affinity v1, v2, v2 beta // iPad 8th: iPadOS 16 > Affinity v2

Adobe XD is one app that does exactly this: it always forces pixel alignment, no matter what. This breaks regular shapes like perfect squares, polygons or circles whenever you resize more than one shape at once.

Look what it does to concentric circles:

That does not work when you lock the aspect ratio.
And rotation is another problem.
