Jayt Posted October 23, 2022 Posted October 23, 2022 Hi I donwloaded a stock image to use. Vector format. Usually no issues finding the layers. But with this image, it doesn't seem to have layers to edit the text and isolate things? Am i missing something obvious please, is it the eps format? How can I save this to get at the layers please? shutterstock_1966509919.eps
PixelPest Posted October 23, 2022 Posted October 23, 2022 I can´t find any vector data either - just path clipped PNGs.
Staff DWright Posted October 23, 2022 Staff Posted October 23, 2022 This normally occurs when the .EPS file contains embedded Adobe Illustrator data that Affinity can't read. This is because the .EPS format doesn't support features such as blend effects, transparency, mesh fills etc. Unfortunately, there's little we can do and we would suggest that you get a .PDF copy of the file to use in Affinity.
PixelPest Posted October 23, 2022 Posted October 23, 2022 I tested with 5 other SVG editors before replying - all the same result.
