Pascal B Posted October 20, 2022 Posted October 20, 2022 Good morning, Recently, Affinity Photo is crashing when I am trying to load the second set of photos to convert into JPEG format. The number of files I am trying to load at the same time does not matter (7, 6, 5, etc.). The software works as usually for the first set, then when I try to load a second set, it crashes. I also testing with different files, in vain. Do you have any suggestions that might help me to resolve this annoying issue (especially when I am working and try to process over 400 photos)? Thanks
Staff Callum Posted October 20, 2022 Staff Posted October 20, 2022 Hi Pascal B, Welcome to the forums Are you importing the files from the a location locally on your computer or from a network drive etc? Which method are you using to import the files? If possible please could you provide a copy of your latest crash report found by using the below guide? Pascal B Posted October 22, 2022 Author Posted October 22, 2022 Hi, As I mentioned, I just select Open in the File menu, select 3 to 4 RAW files, the first time they open, but then when I try to open the next set, the application crashes and exit. Here are the crash reports from the last time I try to use the software. Thanks Latest crash reports_Pascal_brillat.zip
