I have just purchased and downloaded Affinity Photo for the first time and the app crashes upon launch, I have tried uninstalling all related files and restarting my system and the problem persists.

It looks like the activation server is down because of the new release. Try again in about 2 hours, when the new version is available

That's it. Intel Arc OpenCL problem.
You need to disable the OpenCL computing.

Wouldn't get the new version first then try again make more sense?
