Hello @VALDI83 and welcome to the forums.

You cannot save the RAW file. The original RAW file remains on your hard disk unaltered.

You can save as an Affinity Photo file (with suffix .afphoto) by using File> Save. This will save your file as it is with all layers to a file with the same name as the original RAW. The location will be the last location to which you saved anything  from Photo.

To save under a different file name, use File > Save As. This will, again save as an .afphoto file in the location as above.

To save in a different format (such as .tiff, .jpg or .png) use File > Export and select the desired format.

You need to finish the Development Persona first by clicking "Develop" before you can save.

It is called Develop.
