webplus x8 problem

Hello i have used Serif Web Plus 8 for a long time now and like it, so don't want to change. However i am having issues with the program (and not publishing properly) but can't find any help.  On the 16th Jan 2021 it was mentioned to go to https://community.serif.com, but when i go on that it just comes back to this forum

Would like some help please on how i can get onto the serif community for web plus 8

No, it doesn't "just come back to this forum". It comes to a very specific location in the forum (https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/topic/164377-information-about-the-legacy-plus-range/ which explains that official support is no longer available from Serif, and suggests the external site (https://punster.me/serif/) that you need to use to get any support.
