HOW DO I FIX MY EMAIL

@Charlene Blackman

The iPad versions are sold exclusively by Apple, but with regards to desktop licenses ordered from us, for security reasons the email address you use when you place your order is permanently linked to the license this can never be changed. The only time you will need to enter this though is when you install the software.

You can however change the email address you use to sign into your Affinity Store account.

Sign into your Affinity Store account by clicking here.

From the Affinity Account page click Account Details. In the Personal Details section enter your new email address and press Update Details. You should receive the message "Your details were updated". You can now log into the Affinity Store with your updated email address.

@Charlene Blackman

I can't directly help with your issue but, since this is a public forum, you should consider either removing the screenshot you posted or, at the least, obscure your email address.  To not do either of these is to risk your email address being harvested by Spambots, with a risk of a rise in you receiving Spam!

Win 10 Pro, i7 6700K, 32Gb RAM, NVidia GTX1660 Ti and Intel HD530 Graphics

Long-time user of Serif products, chiefly PagePlus and PhotoPlus, but also WebPlus, CraftArtistProfessional and DrawPlus.  Delighted to be using Affinity Designer, Photo, and now Publisher, version 1 and now version 2.

iPad Pro (12.9") (iOS 17.4) running Affinity Photo and Designer version 1 and all three version 2 apps.
