Hi, community.

I have about 1000 RAWs that hate to be treated in exactely the same way:
- open RAW
- use of a a certain preset
. develop
- export as a JPG
- close file (best would be without saving)

Each time I do it manually it takes 20 sec. That will be a lot of time if I do them all manually. Is there any kind of automatisation that I can use e.g. on folders in order to do it automated?

Thanks
Raphael

Hi @raphaelbolius,

This sort of task can be automated using a batch job. Batch jobs can be set to export to JPG, apply a macro which can apply adjustment presets from the photo persona and then save to a specific directory.

Raw files can be used within a batch job, however if any action such as applying a preset from the Develop persona needs to be a part of the workflow, this will not work as macros can't currently be recorded/used within the Develop persona.

More information is available below:

Will this be integrated in future versions of the software? I think that what I am doing is quite common.

This has been requested previously and may be considered in a future update, feel free to voice your support on the feature request thread below.
