Affintiy Apps on Macbook Pro wont run

Hope you can help

I have updated Designer, Photo and Publisher this morning and now they are not responding.

It does look as if they are open as i have to Force Quit them.

Hi Ian Campbell,

Welcome to the forums

Please could you try opening the apps with the CTRL key held down and when the reset menu appears try hitting select all and then clear? This will reset the app to defaults which should hopefully solve this issue. Please could you also tell me if you have tried reinstalling the apps at all?

Hi, I'm having the same issue on a similar system. Trying the CTRL reset now. I waited 10 minutes and then force quit due to non response. Tried it again, and it's still non responsive. How long should this reset take before the app finishes loading?
