Are you asking about a product key for Windows, or for an Affinity application (and which one) on Windows? 

If for an Affinity application, and if you purchased it from the Affinity Store, then you can find your Product Key in your account at https://affinity.store/account/downloads

I'm having a similar problem and I purchased my product (Affinity Designer) from the Microsoft Store. The email confirmation I have contains only the order number. How can I get the product key?

There is no product key for apps that come from the Microsoft Store.

As R C-R said, you don't have a Product Key. If you need to reinstall the program, or install on a different Windows 10/11 computer, just login to the Microsoft Store using the same credentials you used for the initial purchase, and you'll be able to download it from there.
