I sell my vector illustrations on a royalty-free market on-line and the request of this market is that your work must be an eps version10. When exporting, you can not choose the EPS and PDF versions, as well the placing crosshairs cutting in PDF files. I think this is a feature that I consider very important to apply in Affinity Designer. Temporarily I solved this opening my illustration in AI and saving again in eps10.
