For the past couple of days, whenever I export an Affinity Photo file, whether as a JPEG or GIF, it shows blotches. I re-export and the blotches are now somewhere else on the image. I have the latest version of the program... Any ideas on how to help? Thank you!

Hi @CBolton,

Welcome to the Affinity Forums :)

Sorry to see you're having trouble!

Can you please open the Affinity app and navigate to Edit > Preferences > Performance, then at the bottom of this dialog please untick Hardware Acceleration.

Restart the Affinity app as prompted and then try exporting your images once again. Does this resolve the pixel corruption on export for you please?

Please note -

I am currently out of the office for a short while whilst recovering from surgery (nothing serious!), therefore will not be available on the Forums during this time.

Should you require a response from the team in a thread I have previously replied in - please Create a New Thread and our team will be sure to reply as soon as possible.

Many thanks!
