It opens fine and works fine until I type some text and then go and try change the font, it just closes down. I've made sure it's up to date and my windows is up to date too, yet still the same issue. Is someone able to help please? Thank you. Have you recently added any fonts to your system, if so try removing them and trying Designer again. You can also try opening Preferences > Misc > Reset Fonts Another type of reset you can try if the above fails is to reset the app to default.
